Hassle Free - Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

As we would expect while purchasing online, it is important that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience and the quality of the goods from Frasier Products, Inc. If you feel a return is necessary, we make process easy.

·        You are free to return almost any item, that have not been used, within 30 days of receipt.

·        If the return is a result of our error or the product is defective, we pay all shipping costs to exchange the item.

·        All other returns you are responsible for roundtrip shipping and  are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

·        Any credit will be issued using the original method of payment.

 

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturers defect. Any product must be return to us within 30 days of the original purchase.

 

1.      Please email fpi@parrottoy.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RGA # (Returned Goods Authorization #). Note that any product returned without a RGA will be refused and no credit allowed.

 

2.      Mail your returned item to:

3.      Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

We recommend using a tracking shipping service in order to monitor your shipment.

 

Return Exceptions
Any merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless the item was found to be defective.

Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the shipping and handling costs that you may have paid on the original order.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for round trip fees on returned items. I you are requesting a refund because you did not like the product and received free shipping on your original order, then outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

International Shipping Fees

Refunds for these shipping costs are not refundable. We will make every effort possible to be fair considering the high costs of freight
